Totally Disgusting service

I was at the ATM at FLORIDA Branch to withdraw and eWallet, the ATM only dispensed half the amount of my money. When I went to the consultants, I received a very rude one named Gcina, she never even spoke to me but totally ignored me, I was given a form to fill in and two days later never received any feedback, I then returned to the branch and the Branch Manager again referred me to Gcina who again totally ignored me and made me sit for 30 minutes without informing me what’s going on or anything.
