Totally ********* and no "premium" service as promised

Financed vehicle through Wesbank. Then FNB started calling me to swap my bank account to them. I said i would think about it. Then called and offered me premium cheque account plus credit card for R72000. Consultant advised that the premium bundle earns me more ebucks and has better benefits. Advised i want more info. they emailed the premium bundle brochure. FNB called me agin which i said i would accept their package. But then only delivered cheque card. When enquiring what happened to credit card as i was sold a bundle and want the full ebucks feature, Frank Mohale called me and advised he can see it on the system what was sold and will fix it. Two weeks goes by and I must follow up AGAIN, he then sends an email stating application must be recaptured. He promises to give soonest feedback. If I follow up, Frank still says he is waiting for feedback from team leader!! (This is weeks of the same answer). Now he does not even come back to me anymore! This whole issue has been going on for at least 2 months already!! To "recapture application" and get feedback from teamleader?!? I honeslty feel FNB *********ly made empty promises just to get my bank account over to them but had no intention to give this "premum bundle" which they called numerous times about!! Which would be *********, ********* and VERY unfair to a client! I can not get any feedback or assistance from anyone neither - how is this premium service?? Its two -three months i have lost out on earning e-bucks already as well as the other benefits i was sold and promised on the bub=ndle option!! I am totally frustrated and feel i need to take this further to the FAIS ombudsman too as surely this cant be fair or ethical? You called ME numerous times stating what i would be receiving, but appears that all of it was just lies to get my bank account to FNB!! Listen to ALL the sales calls as they kept calling me. Will someone assist to get the offer finalised as per what was agreed to and sold to me?? Will someone stick to their promises of actually resolving the situation and actually get back to me???
