Total wast of time with fnb connect

Good day, I would like to sincerely express my disappointment in fnb connect.

I was first on the fnb top up package month to month on the 1gig. On the 22nd may 2020 did I migrate to the unlimited talking plan. Hands on fdid I get my salary early and was able to migrate. While I did do the migration did I told the sales consultant that my debit order should go of the 25th of each and every month. Come the 22nd of June 2020 did fnb connect try to debit my account while I didn't even get my salary yet bare in mind that I did tell the consultant that the debit order should go off on the 25th of each month. So the debit order didn't went off and I lost benifits that I have paid for. Calling fnb connect they have a long explanation. I did even lodge a complaint which then turn over to a dispute.

Fnb connect is a total ******* and just want there way there sales team don't have good listening s****s. Fnb connect is now standing out of the hot water and the client is wrong. But for record and quality purposes all calls are recorded.

Fnb connect need to take there clients serious and not do there own things. You are gonna loose clients
