I am taking this matter to the ombudsman I refuse to take a long of 30 000 and pay it back as 74 646 even a local mashonisa does not charge this much interest,fnb is ripping people off. One of their consultants told me she can process a refund as they were debiting more,how can you borrow 30k and they debit 1.131 amonth for 66 months and tell you its 24% intrest...I will not take this lightly
