Total JOKE

I was retrenched in 2023 and have been fighting with UIF for two years. I asked FNB months ago to please review my loan instalments as i am still unemployed and was shoved from department to department, so i left it, why must i chase and chase to pay my loans?!

I finally got payment from UIF and tried to transfer to the loans today (3 Sept) and my account was deactivated. I get a message to say i just need to pay a deposit and it will be reactivated. UIF paid into that account on MONDAY 1 SEPTEMBER and it was deactivated A DAY AFTER. How does that make any sense!?!

I tried to chat to an agent and was told to phone. I absolutely refuse to chase this bank to pay my loans!! Never mind their ridiculous bank charges and interest. This bank is a JOKE!! i HAVE NOTHING TO SAY ON THE PHONE JUST REACTIVATE THIS ACCOUNT SO I CAN TRANSFER INTO THE LOANS!!!!
