Total Incompetency

In September last year we received an email and an sms saying that if we did not sort out our FICA doucmentation then our account would be suspended. This was the first time that we had been asked for this. This took some time to sort out as it is a business account with two signatories, one of which does not live in Johannesburg who both had to sign various doucmentation and we had to get a letter from our auditorsand . Everytime I sent the required doucmentation to FNB they rep**** wanting something else. Eventually on 3 November 2016 I sent through the final documentation and asked that they please advise me if there was anything else that was needed. I heard no more from FNB so presumed they were now happy with all the doucmentation received. Low and behold, last week we again received sms's saying that if we didnt sort out our FICA doucmentation then the account would be suspended. On 15 June I sent an email asking what was going on and why we had received this sms. I had no response at all and then a couple of days later we received another sms saying that due to non-submission of FICA documents, a transactional hold had been placed on our account. Again I have sent them an email and still no reply. What is it with FNB? Why can't they get there facts straight?
