Total Incompetence

We have had a mandate with the bank for years, that my PA can access all accounts. As soon as I go on holiday (not the first time) and she needs to access information on my behalf, Fnb cannot find any mandate. Then they say, we cannot give information over the phone, please send an email. She sends an email - no, sorry, we cannot give any information via an email, you must call for verification. Can someone in the the bank wake up, or do they not know what they are doing. I have to be sent a new mandate form overseas, find a place to print it, sign it and scan it back. Now they FNB will not accept the new signed form, because they cannot confirm the signatures are correct. ( cannot decipher). Amazingly, they can send a copy of the the signature card that is stored at the bank. How can you send a private secure card over the internet by email?? I want an answer as to how this private information is sent over the internet. The ( signatures dont match, but hey, here is the card so you can see what they look like) Anybody... I'm holding FNB responsible for any *****! I a have had enough of FNB, we will be moving our accounts in the New Year. Absolute incompetency. I must now find a printer etc again and resign the mandate because of your employees incompetency. I'm on holiday overseas. Dont bother to call me on my phone as Im not on roaming.

I rest my case. This complaint from last year is still not resolved. I called our Business manager 2 weeks ago to find out what has happened to the mandate. No response! Called the Naomi last week, she was out, but told she would come back to me when in later that day....No response! Called the Call Centre this morning, no mandate in place. Called Business manager again, he hasn't been able to get in touch with Godfrey. Hello!!! FNB all talk and no deliver!!
