Total disregard of my complaint

Monday 7th March - no access to Enterprise banking. Tuesday 8th reported fault - requested escallation. Wednesday 9th followed-up, requested escalation. Thursday 10th followed up, requested escalation.<br> No phone call as promised. Still no Service. No-one cares at FNB.
