Torn Notes in the atm

I withdrew cash from an FNB ATM over the weekend and one of the hundred that I God was told to my surprise I'm just asking myself how does FNB put such kind of money in the atm , I took a taxi and try to pay with that money and the driver refused to take that money and that was the only money that I have and I'm late for my interview I don't know how is FNB doing this because when you deposit funds in the ATM if they are the the note is turned it reject a note so I don't understand why should we they put money that is tall and the ATM that is pathetic and that is unfair customer service they should check my money first before they put it in the ATM i struggled to buy with that money. No one wanted to take this money so I don't know what I'm supposed to do now
