Torn notes from atm.

I withdrew from an FNB atm today and I was received 2 torn notes. How can a bank fill torn notes in the atm. Now it's a botheration for me to exchange the notes at a branch and I am not sure what mambo jumbo story they gonna tell me. I am so fustrated today is Sunday. That was my last money which I withdrew to buy food. Now I have to wait for tomorrow. Stupid bank, *********** and very bad customer service. I am not happy. They will never compensate for the inconvenience for there stupid mistake. I will have to change my bank account. I don't want to deal with clowns like these who don't know what they are doing.
