Torn Note from FNB ATM

My mother withdrew money from a FNB Atm in Ennerdale and she got a torn R100 note. My mother is a pensioner and needless to say she needs every penny. She was very disappointed by this. I do have the note and the withdrawal slip. I tried to find someone to call but i only got the BOT on the telephone line and no number to call online to report this.
