Torn couches on reception area

I visited FNB, Mangaung Branch in Bloemfontein and we sat on torn couches in the reception area. I complained to the service officials who said that they were also not happy about the couch and it had been reported numerous times to their superiors.<br> <br> It is unaccpetable that a brand this big can do that and we do not know that if that was done due to the branch being in the township and servicing poor black people that we have to sit on torn couches.
