Top Up Debt Protection being charged days after amount has been settled/paid already

Querying 'Top Up Debt Protection' being charged on my credit card for an amount settled 2 days earlier.

Not getting feedback via My Team of Private Bankers despite providing them with screenshots from FNB app under the credit card's transaction history that clearly shows I'm being charged for 'Debt Protection' for the same amount I transferred into the card to settle my balance 2 days earlier, being told it's the balance at statement closure which is the 22-23th of the month but I paid the balance on Friday the 19th

Screenshotted the secure chat as well since it now show 'No Messages Available" conveniently
