Top up Debit Protection on my Credit Card

Hi I recieved a telephone call from a call service agent about getting a free top up debit protection on my card. However its is not for free.

I have made various calls to the credit card division, platinum customer service extra.No one can tell me wether this has been activated and if so how to cancel it, I have sent emails as well and no response. Also left my details with a call service agent and no response.

Hi I just had a call from someone from FNB who tried to sell me a debit ptotection order. When I said I wanted a cancellation they said they will transfer me to the relevant department. I was cut off. Then I got an sms with a referrence number ********** and a number to phone. When I phoned this number at ********** I was told they cannot help me!!!
