Top Tier Customer Service

So i went to FNB Northgate yesterday for card collection to be greeted by this beautiful lady named Londiwe Nhlengethwa, well! i have no words to decribe how amazing she handled the entire undertaking, what a sales woman, top tier & upper echelon of customer service. Long story short, i found myself signing up for other products, Lol oh i'm also permanently leaving my current Bank.

i am convinced that i met a reincarnated female version of count Victor Lustig, she's legit though, this woman could sell you the Eiffel Tower on behalf of FNB if she was asked by her Bank to do so.
