Top Notch Business Desk Service
Today I had to phone the FNB Business Desk to have a bit of admin done regarding the closing of my business account. I had the pleasure of dealing with Arielle, who was able to assist me promptly, professionally and in a friendly manner. FNB has only provided me with wonderful service since I started banking with them and some other banks can definitely follow this wonderful example. Thank you First National Bank and thank you Arielle - FNB is lucky to have you.

I complained about an issue at another financial institution and, unfortunately, nothing actually has been done about it.
