Top Drawer Service

I popped in by the bank on Wednesday and was fortunate enough to be served by one Linda Turner who not only greeted me in the best way ever but was extremely friendly throughout. She knew her products so well I could swear she was the owner of the bank.She also proceeded explaining every bit of detail pertaining to product I received.I've been working in the customer service trade myself now for 13 years and I can honestly say, Linda Turner is top drawer employee material.We need more people like her in the customer service world,as most people just do it for the money and can't wait to get home at the end of the day.Linda Turner has a passion for what she does and once again,she knows her stuff.Hats off to her.
