Took my money but dont refund me after instalment was taken twice without my permission
I have a personal loan by Fnb they deducted my instalment twice in one month. I requested a refund after many phone calls. Its been a week later and no payment. You quick to take money from my account but not quick te refund. I want my money back now. Or i will sent email for the ombudsman. My number is ********** 251.
