Took Money when not agreed on

<p>I made arrangements and have the confirmation sms to prove when my credit card was to be paid. But to my surprise the money was taken today on the 24th, the arrangement was made for end of January. So now thanks for breaking the arrangement I can't make my payments needed. I honestly dont know why I am still an FNB customer as I am only receiving dissapointment and no actual customer service. Switch to FNB?? I think rather move everything away from you, maybe then I will receive the service I actualy pay for and a bank that will keep to their word/arrangements made.</p>
