TOOK ALL MY MONEY AGAIN!!!

I just had an issue sorted out wbere the bank took my remaining funds to pay a personal loan which i had an agreement to pay off monthly. NOW ITS TAKEN MOST OF MY PAYCHECK FOR A TEMP LOAN WHICH I ALSO HAVE AN AGREEMENT TO PAY OFF MONTHLY!!! I WANT THAT MONEY BACK TODAY!!! I HAVE TO PAY MY RENT OR I WILL OUT ON THE STREET!!

I just spoke to the temp loan department and i was told no refunds are done??? I am going to see my lawyer as this is the 2nd time this has happened. And now i am unable to pay my rent.
