Took al my money .... useless fnb

I cant believe how useless absolutely useless fnb is... 3 weeks ago i drew my salary from a atm and the money wasnt given to me by the atm... but it went off my account... they took all my money... i went straigh away to fnb to lodge a complaint ...its been 3 weeks and still my money is not back... i went back today and they couldnt find anything on the system... nice hey very nice... i have 2 small kids that doesnt have food now because fnb cant do their jobs to resolve this problem.... useless beyond useless
