took a personal loan on 2 October 2017 4 days later R1054.95 was debited from my account

I took a short term loan on 2 October 2017 in the amount of R7000.00 to be paid back end October 2017. on 6 October 2017 R1054.95 was debited from my account towards the loan repayment which I didnt calculate for and this money was part of my budget for the month. I am now short that money and my account is in minus because they took money 4 days after I borrowed it ? I need this money back the full amount due can still be debit end of October liked planned.
