too much monthly fee

<p>good day.FNB did respond to me tell me that i must keeping on paying the monthly fee even thought i dont use the card, what i dont understand even if i did pay the loan that month they are still charging me more than what they were charging me while i was they customer, please HELLO PETER help me to clear my name on this matter coz is becaming worse everyday.the are charging me more than 200 a month.</p>
