Too much money deducted and no one cares to explain ore refund.

A month ago the first payment was deducted for my new homeloan. It was a couple of hundred Rands more than expected so I phoned FNB Homeloans the next day. Since then I have spoken to about 10 different people and NO-ONE was able to provide me with a detailed break-down of the figure that was deducted. One guy said he thought about R360 more was deducted in error for insurance, but he couldn't say why. People keep sending me repayment letter which don't help because they don't have all the detail and the amounts don't add up; and are different from the amount taken from my account.

If FNB is deducting R300 plus extra per customer per month without people noticing, someone could be making a lot of money somewhere? How does this work?

The last few people I spoke to were: Bongiwe Cangci; Themba Tshuma and Regan (not sure of the surname. I hope to hear from them soon to resolve this matter.

Thanks for the reply. Thankfully I did have someone contact me and some funds have been refunded to me. Pity that it took so long to get to this point.
