Too much business, don't need more - Credit card

On Monday 18 May I app**** for a credit card to carry my expences I incur to claim back from work via my internet banking. This through me off the site and said someone will call me back. On Tuesday 19 May a lady (Geneva Vilakazi) called and assisted me with my application, she advised I should send my payslip and ID to fnbcardnewapplications@fnb, which I did on the same day and copied her to email. On Friday 22 May I received an sms that my paperwork is still missing, so I emailed it to as per sms to 'cardoutstandingdocs@fnb and copied fnbcardnewapplications@fnb to the mail. Today 25 May I received another sms that my paperwork is outstanding, I called the call centre and after being transferred 3 times and 30 minutes later they tell me to send it again. I sent it again and copied all 3 emails I now have. At 10:18 I received a report that my email was deleted without being read. I called the call centre, no help, I called my branch (Parkplace East) it transfers me to the call centre, thought my Gold Membership means something so phoned them, guess what, they also transfer me to the call centre who can not help. So no card, no help and they delete my emails!!!
