Too much bank charges

I am fed up with FNB and the bank charges that are deducted from my account every month, for a person who is working at a part-time job the amount of money that is deducted from my money every month is too much, I hardly withdraw money from the FNB ATMs because I am avoiding the charges. Every month about R 500 is deducted from my account. I am not too sure what this money is for when I withdraw all of my money to try and avoid these charges they will send me notifications that I need to pay my debit order and that I have insufficient funds. I'm so fed up with FNB, I need to change banks!.
