Too many issues

I have had a FNB account for years and in the past have been most impressed with them. Lately they have too many issues.

1. Unable to supply me with a new ATM card. The card can only be collected from a FNB branch and you will have to take a half day off to join the long queues.
2. Inability to split your personal and business account. Only way to do this is to stand in the long queues at the bank. (and that is not the same line as for collecting your card)
3. Online password reset - You need to type in your PIN number to have your on-line password reset. Have we not been told to not give out your PIN number to anyone. How can FNB ask you to put in your PIN number in a web-site. According to the call-centre operator, this is the only way to reset your on-line banking.
4. When complaining to FNB via mail, the response was that this was not the right department to complain to, nothing got done, no forwarding of the mail or providing other e-mail address.

This means that I am currently have to live without an ATM card and no longer can use Internet banking. According to them, I should just take off a half day of work every week to join the long queues to do my banking.
