Too many credit card division errors

<p>I am utterly disgusted by the incompitance in your credit card division.</p> <p>I have been waiting 3 weeks for my premier credit card due to multiple admin errors. Three weeks ago a card was delivered, but with an incorrect surname. To avoid the inconvenience, I proceeded to use the card as is. Upon purchasing a week later, I was humiliated as it suddenly was not working - "incorrect account selection". I then contacted your premier credit card division and was told that the last 4 digits of my card does not correspond with my profile. I was told that they would corret this error and supply me with a new card. A week went by with no contact and AGAIN I contacted this division. I was then advised that my card had been discontinued. </p> <p>For the third and final time I phoned again and was told that the card has been dispatched and that the couriers would contact me. Almost a week later and STILL no correspondence.</p> <p>Now please tell me how do you discontinue a card with no consent or even notice? I have been left high and dry by this bank with mouths to feed.</p> <p>This has become a completely unacceptable process to get the card delivered. Surely the couriers are not delivering from Timbaktu for it to take this long??????</p>
