Too early debit order for Loan

Good Day i app**** for a loan on the 2nd October 2020 Noted in the application i only get paid the 25th of every month i know get a debit order application to get their monthly repayments. It bounced and now im charged R 115.00 for lack of funds. The Sms sent to me on the 2nd October 2020 indicated the first installment will be the 22nd Not every installment. Even the Customer Pre agreement indicates the 25th so whats the deal ??
