Tolerance Fee

<p>A tolerance fee was app**** to my account and they diducted R 452 from my account claiming that my account was in overdraft, but when i look at my notifications my account was never on overdraft and what is worse is that the cannot give me a list of transactions that they tolerance fee covered, I can provide proof of all the tracnsaction i did via FNB notification and they can't provide thiers. I have been holding on for over an hour now waiting for a team leader. I spoke to Victor and Dineo and they dont seem to know what they are talking about. FNB refund me my 452 and calncell the dam tolerance fee, my account is never on over draft. call me on ********** </p>
