Told I dont have Insurance yet I do !!

On the 1st of June I was retrenched and when FNB contacted me about my loan I asked if I had insurance to cover my retrenchment like my other accounts , the consultants told me no , the other day while looking over my statement I noticed that I infact do have insurance and have been paying CPP Insurance from the beginning . I sent FNB loans department an email on the 30 Sept regarding this and to date have still not had a reply despite their automated message stating that it will take 3 working days !!

Is this some sort of bad business practice that FNB does , firstly lie to their Loyal customers !! so that the 3 month claim period can pass and then when queried they dont even respond !!

I want this sorted out urgently ! I have paid the insurance and like all my other accounts they have assisted me in claiming against this except for my own bank , yesterday they even cancelled my bank cards !! I am so tired of this bank , the only bank that doesn't care about its clients when they have a problem , yet for 10 years they sat back and enjoyed earning interest on my money , I guess you only see a FNB's true colours when you have a problem.
