To transfer money from old Bussiness closed account to new Bussiness account

I had a business account with FNB which I was Merchant swipping device account was closed while I was in hospital. I receve and email that Iam owing R380 I paid the money to their Lawyers I got the confirmation letter I took to the bank to re-open my account I found that my Company is closed I need to renew it I decided to open a new account with my other company I told them that I have been doing swipping to my old account I was advised that once account open I should call FNB Business no since I log a call on 21/09/2023 they are keep on asking documents which I have sent to them 5 times but no assistant when I call I keep on getting new person who will say will escalate your matter. I was call by someone with the name of Raymond he the finace department said Iam owing R7000 from speedpoint which is each and every 1st of the month they deduct their money and I do received statement how to be deducted. what Iam asking is FNB to tranfer money from old account to my new account thats all Iam is struggling since from September 2023. I have send all Letter and signed ID Copy and Merchant number.
