To renew FNB cheque card online!!!
My wife's FNB gold cheque card will expire at the end of September 2021. We recieved a text message from FNB few days ago saying "FNB :) Card ending ***x is expiring soon. If you require a new card, order via FNB App or Online Banking.FNB a Div of FRB LTD." When I login to online banking, didnt find a way to renew card. Please tell me a way to renew card online. Thanks

13 Sept 2021, 23:44Still very much disappointed, got an email with a reference but no solution. It seems people in FNB customer care want to just show that they know the problem but don't want to solve it, pathetic. FNB recommended method for me is to call them or contact them via secure chat, which I did before, need to wait a lifetime to sort something via this channel. I expected, if they know there is a problem with their online banking card renewal they are supposed to contact the customer instead of recommending difficult ways. Big let down.
