To quick to pass the buck

First I refer to queries/complaints logged from 2 years ago and you can still not fix this problem. Referance numbers 767590, 534080,658309 and now 842793. <br> My temp loan facility has NEVER worked since I joined with you and I think I now know why. I keep getting account statements for 2 cheque accounts, but I only have and use one ***. The other account number is ***. I email both RB Jacobs and and Mr Naidoo. Mr Jabobs advised he he handed the matter over to temp loans. Temp loans has now just advised me that I still do not qualify for a temp loan because of dishonoured d/o's. NOW LOOK HERE, that IS NOT the problem!!! If anyone actually bothered doing thir homework, they will understand that. But no, its just to easy to pass the buck. I told you that this problem will re-occur because NO-ONE listens!!!
