To FNB my life is not worth R36,77
<p>I have a Smart account for Discovery Life to pay my medical premium into. Dicovery Health then deducts that amount monthly. Unfortunately, due to FNB bank "costs" , I , also, have to every now and then pay money into this account. FNB does not even contact me if there is a small amount short. They just reverse the debit order!!! So, for the amount of R36,77 they reversed my debit order, and left me stranded without any medical aid. As a human being I am not worth R36,77 to them. If something should have happened to me and I needed medical attention, they would have left me out there to die !!! Shocking is'nt it? </p>
