*********** to close an account!!!

Went into the bank on several occasions to close my business bank account. I. Fees are too much 2. No longer using the account for business levies 3. All stopped debits keeps reoccurring each month

I explained myself ample times regarding the above yet for 3 consecutive weeks the account is still not closed and the pending fees on the account was not removed even after the request of a consultant.

She said I do not have to go back into the bank to close it it will however be dealt with and closed within 3 days..

I did all the necessary things on my end.

This account after 7 days is still open and yet again debits I have stopped is now putting my account in arrears.

I made myself very clear when I said I will leave the account in arrears and I will not be held liable for the levies in minus on this account!!!

I am up to my wits with FNB

If it’s not the app giving me issues it’s their incompetence inside the bank!

For now I am still sitting with an issue I have asked them to clear and assist so I do not have to do reversals and stops etc!
