To busy hounding clients to actually help them

FNB is just showing everyone that they're probably the worst bank to be with during a pandemic, constantly hounding their clients. No matter how many emails you send explaining that you are not receiving a salary at the moment due to Covid-19, you still receive multiple ****ty messages telling you that you are in arrears. It's really starting to drive.me crazy and I am really thinking of closing all my accounts with this money hungry bank. You should be looking out for your clients, not constantly hounding them and trying to get them deeper into debt.
