to block account while on travel

After 2 hours trying to block account while overseas, so dont have any ***** on card. I HAVE PHONED 5 numbers and not being able to be helped. when I leave tomorrow 23/10/2015 and something happens on my cards I will hold FNB Resposible. Somebody took my number and said would get some one to help (STILL WAITING) Never had such bad service from a institution such as FNB...
