Title: *****ulent FNB Fusion Account Still Listed – Nearly 2 Years No Resolution I am lodging a complaint against First National Bank regarding a *****ulent Fusion Account (***) listed on my credit profile. I have never opened any account with FNB and have never even visited a branch. Since 2024 I have been engaging *** and consultants Onkarabile, Mplilie and Penele. I was informed the matter was resolved on 15 August 2025, yet the account still reflects on the credit bureau. This ongoing inaction has severely affected my credit standing and livelihood. I have spent significant time and effort following up on a matter that should have been resolved immediately. I demand immediate removal of the account from all credit bureaus, written confirmation of resolution, a formal explanation, and appropriate compensation for the prejudice, stress and time lost due to FNB’s negligence. *** ***
