Title deed

All I want is my title deed but FNB is not taking any responsibility for the title deed they have lost. I sold my property 3 months ago but the transfer is stuck because noone wants to take responsibility for the lost title deed.cits at a point whereby FNB are ignoring my calls...I don't know what to do anymore
