TITLE DEED DELAY/LOST?

I have sold my house in November 2018 and had the bond paid up and now we are in June 2019. It's been 7 months now and still we or the attorneys cannot get the title deed!.. It seems every time we ask the consultant, they say the title deed has been requested from "Tidy Files" or still waiting for them to get back to them. This is really unprofessional from such a 'Big' Bank in South Africa. Service quality and delivery is poor and due to these factors has left both parties involved with this deal to lead to extreme prejudice with each other. I've also noticed that im not the only one who's experienced this as theres been other FNB customers as well here who have complained and this has lead me to think is FNB still a good bank to deal with in terms of Home loans, bonds. etc.

GET IT SORTED OUT!!!

I would just like to thank FNB for their great and quick response to this disaster!.. They certainly proved me wrong and delivered after my complaint.. I would just like to thank the guy by the name of Feroz Dinat who was tremendously instrumental in speeding up everything in obtaining the documents and checking the progress of the situation. Great job and great service! I Hope FNB can employ more workers like him. I'm really satisfied overall with this experience also well done to the Hello Peter team for giving the people this platform and power to share their problems and helping aid them with it. Brilliant stuff!!!
