Title: Charged more than R800 for bank charges and fees – Only R300 Refunded?

Complaint: I am extremely disappointed with FNB. I transferred money from my own savings to my own main account and was charged more than R800 — for absolutely nothing.

Internal transfers are supposed to be free, yet I was told they are “paying for me” and can only reverse R300, not the full R900 that was incorrectly deducted.

Why am I paying R900 for an internal transfer? What service am I being charged for? Why is FNB refusing to reverse the full amount?

This is unacceptable and I request a full reversal of the R900, not just R300.

I expect urgent feedback.
