Tired of your bad service delivery

I have been waiting for fnb insurance to pay we now going to month end no communications from fnb what so ever... I will writer to fnb but I got one missed call Friday and fnb never got back to me, I called but it takes time for the call to go through,,, every time with fnb you need to complain am really tired of your services
