Tired of repeating the same information

My husband had a revolving credit loan with FNB. Last year August my husband was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment. You bombard his phone with messages and phone calls while being aware that he is in jail and not able to respond. Do you not get that he is in jail. He is in jail. HE IS NOT IGNORING ANY OF YOUR CALLS. HE IS IN JAIL AND HE IS DEFINITELY NOT IN A POSITION TO COMMUNICATE WITH ANYONE. HE IS NOT ABLE TO WORK OR DO ANYTHING. DON’T YOU GET THAT!!!!! Your claims that you are not able to reach him or that he is ignoring your requests etc etc is not only false, but misleading. You won't be able to reach him. He is not able to phone, work or e-mail. Do you not understand what it means to be in jail. And he is definitely not able to contact your debt collections departments or debt collectors. I have sent the documentation to every single e-mail address I can find for FNB. I honestly just don't know what to do and say anymore.

I found a message from IDA on my husband's phone saying that they are proceeding with legal action, a notice will be sent etc. They also seemed to call him constantly. I have sent them the letter stating that he is in jail, they, just like FNB, acknowledge receipt of the letter. They way FNB has been dealing with this, is dishonest, ********* and disgusting. You know very well that he is not able to do anything, SINCE HE IS IN JAIL!!!! And yet, you just don't stop. He doesn't have anything left. You want to serve a notice on a person who is in jail. You and your attorneys send messages, knowing he can't reply. You phone, knowing he can't answer. You and your attorneys are despicable. On the letter that i sent you, you will find the prison details, so best you send it there because that is where you will find him. I have been with FNB for years, but now, for the first time, I clearly see why so many people have moved a way from FNB. It goes without saying, but I think, since you are not capable of understanding or reading or hearing, I will also be taking my business away from FNB.
