Tired of poor service from FNB

I don't know why I have been loyal to this bank because I am not benefiting anything instead I'm paying high fees for nothing!! I app**** for a loan online and uploaded documents two weeks ago to date I have not even heard anything from FNB. I went to Capitec and my loan was approved within two hours with funds that FNB would even offer me. I wasted more than 10 years of my bank fees and time with FNB I am switching to Capitec and not looking back.
