TIRED OF PATHETIC FNB!!!!

Be very very careful to apply for a revolving credit with this pathetic bank. I’ve been struggling for more that a year to sort out my revolving account because everything is done “telephonically “ with *********** staff. I’ve been paying double the monthly amount, sometimes even more but still my account shows areas. I even get from time to time demanding emails to say if I dont pay the the areas I’ll be handed over and the same old story keeps repeating itself EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I go into the bank, speak to an *********** consultant over the phone that keeps telling me the same story that they can see I’m actually paid upfront but can’t tell me why my account is in areas…promise to “get it fixed “ just to get an email again the next month telling I’m in areas. So the next step that I’ll be taking is to report FNB to the ombudsman!!! Hopefully someone there has the necessary brains to sort out this ****!!!!
