Tired of FNB Personal Loans Department

Please kindly advise why my personal loans account has not been closed. Should I always be running to HelloPeter for FNB staff to do their job?

This is really unfair. I logged complaints via HellopPeter and FNB Care department but no assistance since LAST YEAR OCTOBER - REF ***NF. No one botherS to attend to my query.
