Tired of FNB BS

I have been a private banker with FNB for a while now and I must say this last stunt takes the cake. I enquired from FNB for a temporary loan as I only getting paid at month end. They stated they will get my private banker to come back to me. They got back to me eventually a week after this a week before the lock down. Needed cash as I support my family of two parents post 65 and a mentally disabled sibling 30 years of age with no prospects to contribute economically. They stated they will send me the documents to complete but had not. I swiped my cards at various suppliers and it was allowed however I knew this would possibly at a cost of 125 rand per transaction. So in essence instead of granting me a 2000 rand loan they decided I must rather incur these 125 rand per transaction costs no costing me more than 1000 in fees on purchases less than 2000 rand. This is absolute bull**** and this bank has absolutely no regard for their private clients. They consistently ripping me off in this manner.
