Tired!!!

Ongoing it has been 30days already Constant follow ups And now the issue with my app I need this device verified I have been using this device From security chat to the call center the service is bad the only positive interaction I had was Yasmin Abdin she was the only agent who dealt with my situation with Care and Humility all the other agents are not interested they don't care I am tired please I need my card dispute query resolved it has been a month. The lady Mpume who is handling my dispute query has no helpful bone in her body I keep sending the stuff she requires I am tired now guys. 1.i need to verify my device 2.i need help from card disputes regarding an old dispute query
