Tired!

If there was a negative star, i would rate FNB. They keep promising to remove the ***** credit card under my name and to this day nothing has been done. When i get to their branch they say there is nothing under my profile but it is still appearing in my credit report. Just few days back my number was listed as someone else, my experience with FNB is a not a pleasant one. All i need is the care to be removed under my name. Can that take more than a year?
